Our Quality Assurance (QA) department manages the planned and systematic evaluation of all software change requests and development for our NCR StorePro software. Here we consider the performance, functionality and stability of changes to ensure that the programs adhere to established software product standards, processes and procedures.
Our QA management plan details the processes that are documented for configuration management, nonconformance reporting and corrective action, testing and formal inspections.
Our QA process is divided into these stages:
- Planning: Establish Software Test Plan (STP)
- Design: Select the optimal execution test cases that cover the STP and established test scenarios in the QC
- Execution: Defined by the QC, results analysis and complete the software test result (STR) document
